Kelly is a Programme Manager for GIB. She helps manage the Safe and Sound Cities Programme (S²Cities). Kelly is familiar working in the non-profit, humanitarian and academic sectors. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, and a Master’s degree in Urban Studies, Kelly brings international work experience advancing participatory and co-creative urban planning processes. Previously, Kelly managed university partnerships across North America, Africa and the Middle East and worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross to strengthen sustainable and resilient urban infrastructure systems.
