Vicky joined the team in 2019 as GIB’s legal advisor. She is a lawyer-linguist specialising in Public law, with extensive international experience. She has worked as a solicitor in Greece, as a legal officer in the European Parliament and the Council of Europe, and as a lecturer and researcher in universities in France (Strasbourg), Germany (Freiburg-im-Breisgau) and the UK (Nottingham).

She holds a PhD in Public Law from the University of Strasbourg, France, and has studied law and languages in Greece, France, Germany and Switzerland.
